Willamette Valley Vineyards, Inc. engages in the production and sale of wine. The company is headquartered in Turner, Oregon and currently employs 161 full-time employees. The grapes are harvested, fermented and made into wine primarily at the Company’s winery in Turner Oregon (the Winery) and the wines are sold principally under the Company’s Willamette Valley Vineyards label, but also under the Griffin Creek, Pambrun, Elton, Maison Bleue, Metis, Natoma, and other labels.
