Citizens & Northern Corp. is a holding company, which engages in community banking. The company is headquartered in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania and currently employs 460 full-time employees. The Bank operates in Bradford, Cameron, Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, Tioga, Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Bucks, York, Lancaster and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania and Steuben and Chemung Counties in New York.
