New Century Logistics (BVI) Ltd is a holding company principally engaged in the provision of air freight forwarding services. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Air Freight Forwarding Services segment is engaged in the provision of air freight forwarding services such as cargo space sales, cargo pick up, off-airport air cargo security screening, palletizing, shipping documentation preparation, customs clearance arrangements and port cargo handling. The Ocean Freight Forwarding Services segment is engaged in the provision of ocean freight forwarding services. The Other Services segment is engaged in the provision of warehousing and distribution as well as project cargo services.
